The Small Hall
The small hall is equipped with tile flooring and wood wainscotting. It is 1,800 square feet and the use of the kitchen, bar, ice machine, chairs, tables and two bathrooms. The maximum sit-down capacity is 150 people. The maximum assembly capacity is 300 people. Plenty of on-site parking to accommodate all guests.
$750 Secured Deposit
$1,250 Rental Fee (price includes cleaning)

Both Halls
Both halls have a combined space of 4,200 square feet as well as a sit-down capacity of 350 people. Our big hall is equipped with hardwood floors and wood wainscoting, while our small hall has tile flooring and wood wainscoting. Renter will have full use of our kitchen, bar, stage, ice machine, chairs, tables and four bathrooms.
